Numerical Study on Stress Field of Knee Meniscus in Jumping Gait

In this paper, the numerical study focuses on stress field of knee meniscus in two gaits jumping motion, and injury its protection effect are studied based distribution characteristics meniscus. The gait simulation was carried out by using a more detailed healthy model including bone, articular cartilage, meniscus, ligaments peripheral soft tissues constructed combining CT MRI tomography, peak area were analyzed under different pads discussed. results showed that anterior angle medial joint an prone to take-off landing gait. Under pads, decreases, gradually shifts from middle, functional with optimized force load significantly alleviate concentration Therefore, provides theoretical support optimization guidance for design pads.
